RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We do not accept returns once the book(s) have been purchased online through our website. Once the payment is made, the book cannot be returned. However, you may cancel your order before dispatch, but once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
Exchanges
Faulty Product Exchange
If the delivered book is damaged, defective, or different from what was shown, we will provide an exchange within a reasonable timeframe. To initiate an exchange, you must provide proof of purchase via email at mbbooks.in@gmail.com.
📌 Lost your receipt? A bank statement is acceptable. If unavailable, contact us, and we will assist in tracking your order.

Refund Policy
💰 Refunds are NOT provided except in the following circumstances:
1️⃣ Multiple debits due to technical error – If your card/bank account is charged multiple times or debited with an excess amount, we will refund the excess amount (excluding payment gateway charges).
2️⃣ Payment deducted but no order confirmation received – If your account was charged but you didn’t receive book dispatch details, we will provide the order details at no extra cost. However, if you prefer a refund, we will process it after deducting payment gateway charges.
Refund Request Procedure
✔️ Submit a refund request with the transaction number and original payment receipt (if available).
✔️ Email your request in the prescribed format to mbbooks.in@gmail.com.
✔️ After verification, if your claim is valid, the refund will be processed via electronic transfer within 7-10 calendar days.
✔️ A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email.

🚚 We dispatch books within 1-3 working days. However, in case of high demand for a particular book, dispatch may take an additional 3-4 days.
